OUR SCHEDULE

*Arrival/Greetings

*Choices during the first hour: Table activities (theme-based or developmental) -creativity, cutting, drawing, gluing, etc. -sensory (playdough, glurch, clay, etc)

 

*Sensory Table -water, dirt, sand, beans, rice, etc

 

*Easel/Chalkboard -painting, chalk, drawing

 

*Free play -choice of block play, dramatic play, shelf toys, science table

 

*Circle Time (about 20 minutes) -share pail, books, experiments, talk-time, word wall, spanish and sign language

 

*Snack

 

*Book and Puzzle Time

*Table Toys- small motor toys (Legos, buttons, small blocks, lacing, stacking rings, etc.)

 

*Rec Room Time (about 20 minutes) -Except on Tuesday mornings

 

*Departure -Good-bye song

 

This is a flexible schedule.  We move through our day according to what each class is experiencing!
